1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to Advika, an intelligent business operating system made of connected product workspaces for website chat, WhatsApp automation, AI training, CRM, lead capture, team takeover, analytics, billing, and related services.
By creating an account, using the dashboard, installing the widget, connecting WhatsApp, or paying for a plan, the vendor business agrees to these terms.
2. Vendor responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of business information, training material, FAQs, documents, website content, pricing, product details, offers, and support policies uploaded to Advika.
Vendors must ensure that team members are authorized, use the correct company domain, protect credentials, and comply with applicable privacy, consumer protection, advertising, telecom, WhatsApp, payment, and tax rules.
Vendors are responsible for reviewing AI behavior before production launch and monitoring customer communication after launch.
3. AI automation
Advika provides AI-assisted responses based on vendor-provided knowledge and configured business context. AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, tax, or professional advice.
The platform is designed to escalate or ask for more details when information is missing. Vendors should configure handoff rules, WhatsApp alerts, and team workflows before relying on automation with real customers.
4. WhatsApp and third-party services
WhatsApp functionality depends on Meta WhatsApp Business Platform availability, approvals, templates, phone-number status, webhook delivery, messaging rules, and pricing.
Payment, email, AI, hosting, analytics, and messaging providers may have their own terms. Vendors must not use Advika in a way that violates those provider rules.
5. Billing, trials, upgrades, and downgrades
Advika may offer a limited trial so vendors can evaluate the platform and available product workspaces. Continued use after the trial requires paid product access unless the platform owner approves another arrangement.
Paid product plans may include limits for team seats, knowledge sources, AI replies, contacts, leads, conversations, WhatsApp usage, analytics history, bookings, or other features. Usage above plan limits may be blocked, restricted, charged separately, or require an upgrade.
When a vendor upgrades, access may begin after payment confirmation. When a vendor downgrades, remaining paid value may be converted into additional service time where configured. Refunds are not automatic unless required by law or explicitly approved.
WhatsApp conversation charges, gateway fees, taxes, and pass-through provider costs may be billed separately or deducted from usage balance depending on the commercial setup.
6. Acceptable use
Vendors must not use Advika for spam, unlawful messaging, harassment, deceptive offers, credential theft, malware, high-risk advice without qualified human review, or collection of unnecessary sensitive personal data.
Advika may suspend access, disable automation, block widget traffic, pause WhatsApp replies, or restrict accounts where abuse, security risk, non-payment, domain misuse, or policy violation is suspected.
7. Domain and production launch
Production use may require domain ownership checks, widget installation verification, business and billing details, compliance documents, WhatsApp setup, and admin approval.
A widget installed on an unauthorized or mismatched website may be blocked or limited to protect vendor data and prevent impersonation.
8. Service availability
Advika is operated with reasonable care, but service availability may be affected by maintenance, deployment, provider outages, internet issues, webhook failures, API limits, abuse protection, or force majeure events.
The platform owner may update, improve, restrict, or discontinue features as the product evolves, while aiming to preserve core paid functionality where commercially reasonable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Advika is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform.
Vendors remain responsible for their customer relationships, promises, offers, pricing, regulated communications, and business decisions made after using AI-generated content or analytics.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Advika contact page with the vendor company name, domain, account email, and a short description of the request.
